At [Azalea], customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver only the finest imported dry fruits, we understand that issues may sometimes arise. This policy outlines our process for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement

Since dry fruits are perishable items, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

           ❌ Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind, taste preference, or quantity mismatch.

  • Opened or partially consumed packs.

  • Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Spoilage caused due to improper storage after delivery.

2. Proof Required

To process a return/refund request, customers must provide:

  • An unboxing video from the start of opening the package.

  • Clear images of the damaged/incorrect product.

This helps us verify the issue and process your request fairly.

3. Replacement Policy

  • If your request is approved, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer/UPI (details will be collected).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is packed/shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
